These Terms & Conditions govern admission to and use of the coaching services provided by Asha Career Institute ("ACI", "we", "our", "us"), Nayawas, Weir (Bharatpur), Rajasthan (Reg. No. 181/भरत/2011-12), as well as use of our website, aciweir.in.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an Admission Enquiry, enrolling as a student, or browsing this website, you agree to the terms described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services and website.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission to any batch (Pre-Foundation L-1/L-2, Foundation L-1/L-2, JEE/NEET preparation) is subject to seat availability and, where applicable, submission of correct academic details.
• Information provided at the time of admission (name, class, contact details) must be accurate. ACI is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the applicant/guardian.
• Batch timing (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and course structure may be adjusted by the institute as needed for academic or operational reasons; students/parents will be informed of any such change.

3. Fees & Payment

• Course fees are as communicated at the time of admission and are payable directly to Asha Career Institute.
• Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable except at the sole discretion of the institute's management, considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Continued access to classes and study material is subject to fees being paid as per the agreed schedule.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected from all enrolled students to benefit from the structured course and test series.
• The campus is CCTV-monitored and uses biometric attendance for student safety and discipline.
• Students are expected to maintain discipline and good conduct on campus. The institute reserves the right to take appropriate action, including discontinuation of a student's enrollment, in case of serious misconduct.

5. Results & Study Material

Result statistics, percentages and topper details shared on this website and in our promotional material are based on our own students' genuine board/exam results, as displayed on our official result posters. Past results are shared for informational purposes and do not guarantee similar results for every student, as individual performance depends on effort, aptitude and other factors. Study material and test series provided by ACI are for the personal use of enrolled students only and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

6. Use of This Website

This website and its content (text, images, logo, results) are provided for general information about Asha Career Institute. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse the institute's name, logo, or result material for any purpose without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, ACI does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
